What is Fax2Email?

In short, it means receiving faxes sent to you as email attachments instead of the traditional print on paper. Faxes are converted to electronic images and will arrive as attachments in the form of TIFF or PDF images.

How it works

You receive faxes as email attachments. You can then treat the fax as with any other TIFF or PDF image. You can easily view the fax, save it to disk if you require or even print a copy if desired. If it is something unimportant, you can delete it at the click of the button. You can also forward the fax through email to other employees without photocopying it.

Most operating systems come with a standard image viewer. These viewers can be used to view the faxes so there is no expensive specialist software required.
