Symmetric Digital Subcriber Line (SDSL) is a Broadband development new to the market. It is an "always on" connection which offers the same speed for data traveling in both directions. It is the ideal service for remote offices and workers requiring high quality connections to their Head Office.
We arrange installation of a new analogue phone line at the site and convert it to SDSL. Installation includes provision of a dedicated wall socket to provide the data connection.

You have the freedom to purchase your own modem or router, or purchase a pre-configured router from us. Should you require installation of the equipment by one of our technicians, then please call us to discuss your requirements.

• There are four services with speeds of 512kbps, 1Mbps or 2Mbps
• SDSL is synchronous meaning the upload and download speeds are identical.
• The service has a maximum contention ration of 10:1
• Customers have the flexibility of purchasing and maintaining their own routing equipment for the connection.
• A BT engineer will install and test the service
• The service is provided with a single Static IP address or optionally 8/16 real IP addresses at extra cost
