Ordering

If you wish to supply your own modem/router then you simply need to order the connection using the link at the bottom of this page. If however, you would like to take advantage of our fully installed package, then please contact us on 01384 880001 or email sales@yellowarrow.co.uk.

Full installation includes line set-up, filters, modem/router and engineer configuration to the first PC/server. This service costs £165 excluding VAT, plus your first months rental for whichever package you require. If full integration into your existing local network is required then we can provide a site survey and quotation for the work.

Ordering Notes & Information

• All ADSL Hign Speed Internet accounts include 10 email POP accounts and 20mb of webspace.
• Static IP addresses are included as standard for easier remote access/VPN.
• Minimum term contract applies.
• A Microfilter is required on each telephone connection within the premises, on the line ADSL line (for "wires only" connections).
• All Home products have a maximum contention ratio of 50:1
• All Office products have a maximum contention ratio of 20:1 ensuring peak performance even at busy times.
• As from the 6th September 2004 ALL PSTN lines connected to a DSL enabled exchange will be able to get 512k ADSL service regardless of line distance from the exchange.
